SCADA系统数据采集接口技术研究和应用

摘    要:针对不同厂家设备的驱动和数据采集方式所存在的差异,对SCADA系统中数据采集接口技术进行了研究。采用多线程多串口通信、OPC通信方式以及组态软件,给出了SCADA系统的硬件资源和软件平台的配置方案和多线程多串口通信流程图,完成了设备数据采集、进程间通信和数据显示,实现了对不同厂家设备数据的统一采集。实际应用表明,该技术增强了系统的兼容性。

Abstract:Aiming at the differences existing in device driver and data acquisition method provided by different manufactures,the data acquisition interface technology of SCADA system is researched.By adopting multi-thread multi-serial communication,OPC communication and configuration software,the allocation scheme of hardware resource and software platform,and the flowchart of multi-thread multi-serial communication are given,and device data acquisition,inter-process communication and data display are accomplished,and unitary data acquisition of devices from different manufactures is implemented.The practical application shows that this interface technology enhances the systematic compatibility.
