摘    要:采用STM32F101T6处理器作为电机内部霍尔传感器信号的数据采集及处理,检测电机内霍尔元件及周边电子元件的状况,将处理后数据通过串行接口发送到计算机上显示,并与事先设置的电机磁环极对数参数进行比对,实现电机磁环极对数检错.系统软件采用LABVIEW开发,以文字及图形方式显示电机内部霍尔传感器发出的方波信号的频率、占空比、幅值,同时具备记录保存损坏的产品数据.系统可用于空调整机电机在线检测.

Design of Magnetic Pole Pairs Detection System Based on STM32 and LABVIEW

Abstract:STM32 F101 T6 processor was used as an internal motor hall sensor signal data ’ s acquisition and processing to test the electrical components and peripheral electronic components ’ status .The processed da-ta were sent to the display computer via the serial interface .The motor set ’ s parameters prepared in advance were compared with the magnetic pole pairs ’ parameters in order to achieve the motor magnetic pole pairs ’ error detection .By using LABVIEW in this system software , through the text and graphics , it can display the frequen-cy , duty cycle and amplitude of square wave signal emitted by an internal motor hall sensor , along with the func-tion of the damaged product data ’ s record-keeping .The system can be used for motors of on line air -condi-tioners.
