孕囊大小与药物流产效果的临床分析

目的分析孕囊大小与流产效果的关系，指导药物流产的临床使用。方法将1551例符合纳入标准的早孕药流患者按孕囊大小分为三组，孕囊直径在〈1．0cm的245例（1组）；1．0～2．5cm的1166例（2组）；〉2．5cm的140例（3组）。观察3组对象的药物流产效果。结果孕囊直径在〈1．0cm和孕囊直径〉2．5cm者药物流产不全率高于孕囊直径在1．0—2．5cm者，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论米非司酮配伍米索前列醇用于抗旱孕治疗时，当孕囊直径在1．0—2．5cm时的药流效果最好。

Progesterone Sac Size and Effectiveness of Medical Abortion Clinical Analysis

Objective Analyse the relationship between progesterone sac size and abortion effect to guide the clinical use of medical abortion. Methods 1551 standard cases of patients with early medical abortion by pregnant capsule size were divided into three groups,preguancy sac diameter lower than 1.0cm of 245 cases;between 1.0 and 2. 5cm of the 1166 cases;higher than 2. 5cm of 140 cases. Results The incomplete medical abortion rates of the groups that the pregnancy sac diameter were lower than 1.0cm and higher than 2. 5cm were higher than the group that the pregnancy sac were between 1.0 and 2. 5cm in diameter,The differences were significant （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Mifepristone and misoprostol for the treatment of anti - early pregnancy, we can get the best effect when the pregnancy sac are between 1.0 and 2. 5cm in diameter.
