基于ANSYS Workbench采煤机行走轮与销轨啮合瞬态动力分析

摘    要:为了初步探求突变载荷对采煤机行走轮的影响,基于ANSYS Workbench软件对采煤机行走轮与销轨啮合进行瞬态动力分析,得出突变载荷随时间的线性变化对采煤机行走轮所受应力的影响,可为今后采煤机行走轮的设计及损坏原因分析提供参考.

Abstract:In order to study the impact of mutation loads on the walking gear of the shear,transient dynamic analysis of engagement of the walking gear and the pin-track is carried out based on ANSYS Workbench,and the influence of the linear variation of mutation loads with time on the stress of the walking gear is obtained.The study can provide references for the design of the shearer walking gear and the damage analysis of the walking gear.
