某地有偿供血人群HIV感染流行病学调查

目的：了解陕西省某地有偿供血人群艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染的情况和流行因素，为制定防制措施提供依据。方法：采取线索追踪为主的血清流行病学调查，填写个案调查表，并采静脉血检测HIV及丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)。结果：共调查5739人，发现27例HIV感染者。其中有偿供血者2362人，发现23例HIV感染者，感染率为0．97％。HIV感染者中，20—29岁占29．63％(8／27)，30—39岁占44．44％(12／27)，40—49岁占25．93％(7／27)。供血者子女和其它相关人群中未发现HIV感染者。20例HIV感染者的配偶中，发现4位感染HIV，感染率为20％。感染者主要集中在某县几个外出供血浆人员集中的村庄。结论：某地有偿供血人群中存在HIV感染，特别是经血HIV感染者均有去邻省有偿供血浆史，且已通过性途径传播给其配偶。需要采取相应的措施控制其进一步传播。

Epidemiological survey of HIV prevalence among blood donors in one district of Shaanxi Province

Objective To investigate HIV prevalence and epidemiological factors among blood donors in one district of Shaanxi Province with an aim of providing evidence for the development of HIV/AIDS prevention and control programs Method Sero-epidemiological surveys were conducted by tracking HIV carriers,who were asked to fill questionnaires and to be tested for HIV and HCV Result A total of 5739 cases were investigated,of whom 2362 were blood donors A total of 27 HIV carriers were detected and 23 of them were blood donors,with a HIV infection rate of 0 97% The majority of the HIV cases were adults,and 29 63%(8/27) of them were aged 20-29 years 44 44% weve aged 30-29(12/27) years and 25 93%(7/27) aged 40-49 years No HIV cases were found among children of blood donors and other related people Of the 20 spouses of the blood donor,4 were infected with HIV,with an infection rate of 20% The HIV cases were mainly inhabited in several villages where blood donors were concentrated Conclusion HIV infection was prevalent in paid blood donors in one district of Shaanxi Province,and many of them had history of selling blood in the neighboring provinces,and transmitted the infection to their spouses Measures should be taken to prevent further spread of HIV/AIDS
