甜瓜持绿蛋白基因家族的全基因组鉴定及进化分析

摘    要:持绿蛋白在调节植物叶绿素降解和衰老过程中起到非常重要的作用,利用公布的甜瓜基因组数据,使用生物信息学方法对甜瓜全基因组SGR基因的结构、系统进化关系、保守基序及表达谱进行分析。结果表明:甜瓜中共有4个SGR类型基因,命名为CmSGR01~CmSGR04,其蛋白质在167~257 aa之间,通过系统进化树分析,发现甜瓜与黄瓜属同一科,它们的SGR聚在一起,说明相对其他物种,二者的SGR蛋白在其他物种分化后进化较小;MEME软件分析发现了SGR因含有5个保守的基序。通过甜瓜SGRs基因家族的系统分析,为进一步阐明甜瓜中SGR蛋白结构及功能提供理论基础和有价值的资料。

Bioinformatics analysis of stay-green genes family in melon
Abstract:Stay-Green protein (SGR) playes a very important role in regulating plant chlorophyll degradation and aging process. In this study, melon genome data were downloaded from melon genome sequencing projects websites. The structure, evolution relation, conserved motifs and expression profile were researched by bioinformatics method. The results showed that 4 SGR genes were identified in melon genome. And CmSGR01-CmSGR04 were named respectively, with protein amino acid number between 167-257 aa. Through the analysis of phylogenetic tree, melon and cucumber belonged to the same family, and SGR gathered together. Relative to other species, the SGR proteins evoluted smaller than in other species differentiation. MEME analysis confirmed SGR protein family contained five conserved motifs. Through the analysis of CmSGRs gene families, the CmSGRs protein structure and function were further clarified to provide theoretical foundation and valuable information.
