| 摘 要： | 介绍了基于电液比例控制技术的伸缩臂叉车液压系统的构成,并对该液压系统进行了负载敏感及压力补偿分析.采用电液比例控制阀可简化伸缩臂叉车液压系统结构,实现伸缩臂叉车工作装置运动速度的连续、比例控制,可提高系统的控制精度和效率,实现系统节能和智能化作业.

| Abstract: | The constitution of the hydraulic system of some telehandler based on electro-hydraulic proportion control technique was introduced.The load sensing technique and the pressure compensation technique were analyzed.Adopting the electro-hydraulic proportion valve,the hydraulic system of the telehandler can be simplified,the continuous and proportional control on velocity of work device of the telehandler can be realized,the control precision and work efficiency of the system can be improved,energy-saving and intelligent operation can be achieved. |
