| 摘 要： | 目的检测趋化因子受体-7(CCR7)在乳腺癌患者外周血CD3+、CD8+T淋巴细胞中的表达并与健康对照组比较;探讨CCR7变化与新辅助化疗疗效的相关性。方法采集30例健康对照组、80例乳腺癌患者新辅助化疗前、后外周血,应用流式细胞仪检测CCR7在外周血CD3+、CD8+T淋巴细胞亚群中的表达。结果化疗前乳腺癌患者各疗效组CCR7无显著差异(P>0.05);化疗后各疗效组CCR7含量变化与临床效果一致;疗效越明显,CCR7升高越显著(P<0.05)。结论检测CCR7能更好地提高乳腺癌新辅助化疗监测效果、并对判断预后及术后化疗药物的选择提供有力证据。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of chemokine receptor CCR7 in peripheral CD3＋. CD8＋T lymphocytes of breast cancer and its relationship with neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Methods Peripheral blood was collected from 30 healthy persons and 80 patients. CCR7 contents were measured by flow cytometry before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Results Chemotherapy prior to breast cancer patients with the eff~cacy of group CCR7 no statistically significant difference （P〉0.05）; after chemotherapy, the efficacy of group CCR7 content changes and clinical effect; efficacy of the more obvious, CCR7 increased more significantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The detection of CCR7 can better monitor breast cancer neoadjuvant chemotherapy effect and give useful evidence for prognosis and choice of chemotherapy drugs after operation. |
