摘    要:以多乙烯多胺、1,2-二氯乙烷、十八酰氯为原料,甲苯为溶剂,通过两步法合成了一种新型的稠油油溶性降黏剂,并找出了降黏剂的最佳合成条件:n(二乙烯三胺)∶n(1,2-二氯乙烷)∶n(十八酰氯)=3∶1∶1,第一步主链反应的温度为30℃,反应时间为2h,单体浓度为55%;第二步接枝反应温度为室温,反应时间为4h,单体浓度为80%,滴加十八酰氯与甲苯的混合液,时间为120min。室内研究表明:在温度为50℃时,降黏剂的加入量为稠油质量的1%,对塔河32#稠油具有43%的降黏率。

Abstract:A new kind of oil-base viscosity reducer for the viscous crude oil was prepared by two-step process,using polyethylene polyamine,1,2-dichloroethane and stearoyl chloride as the raw material,methylbenzene as the solvent.The optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows: the molar ratio of polyethylene polyamine,1,2-dichloroethane,and stearoyl chloride was 3∶1∶1,the reaction in the first step was controlled at 30 ℃ for 2 h,monomer concentration was 55%;the reaction in the second step was controlled at 25 ℃ for 4 h,monomer concentration was 80%,polymer was dropped to the stearoyl chloride & methylbenzene mixed solution for 120 min.The experimental results showed that the new kind of oil-base viscosity reducer has a good effect on lowering the glutinosity of viscous crude oil and the reduction rate for Tahe 32# could reach 43% when dosage of viscosity reducer was 1% and temperature was controlled at 50 ℃.
