| 摘 要： | 采用反相高效液相色谱法,即以乙腈+水为流动相,C18柱和紫外检测器同柱分离测定20 %乐*乙酰甲乳油中的乐果和乙酰甲胺磷.结果表明,乐果和乙酰甲胺磷的标准偏差分别为0.0522、0.0735;变异系数分别为0.50 %、0.68 %;平均回收率分别为99.16 %、98.55 %;线性相关系数分别为0.9999、0.9994.

| Abstract: | The quantitative analysis of dimethoate and acephate in 20 % ec by reverse phase HPLC was introduced using acetonitrile and water(25:75) as mobile phase,C_(18) column and ultraviolet detector.The results showed that the standard deviation of dimethoate and acephate were 0.0522 and 0.0735,the variation coefficient were 0.50% and 0.68%,the average recoveries were 99.16% and 98.55%,liner correlation were 0.9999 and 0.9994 respectively. |
