| 摘 要： | 介绍了采用DSP和FPGA实现数字电话留言系统的一种方案。通过对语音信号压缩编码实现高效数字录音及回放，用TMS320C542实现G.729CS-CELP压缩编码，用XC4005E实现控制及地址译码等辅助功能，对DSP实现CELP编解码以及FPGA实现控制器过程中遇到的问题进行分析并提出解决办法。

| Abstract: | In this paper,a system scheme of the digital telephone meassage system with DSP and FPGA is introduced,which concerns the recording and replaying of compressed code pronounciations,compressive coding of G.729CS-CELP with TMS320C542,and system controling and address decoding with XC4005E. The problems analysis and solutions are also given. |
