皮疾灵口服液联用病毒唑治疗手足口病的临床观察

目的观察皮疾灵口服液联用病毒唑治疗手足口病的效果。方法将160例手足口病患儿随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组各80例。治疗组用病毒唑静脉滴注加服皮疾灵口服液,对照组单用病毒唑静脉滴注。比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组显效率81.3%,总有效率98.8%;对照组显效率43.8%,总有效率90.0%;两组比较,显效率及总有效率差异非常显著(P<0.01),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论皮疾灵口服液联用病毒唑治疗手足口病能明显提高临床疗效。

Clinical Observation about Pijiling Oral Liquid united Ribovirin Treating Hand-foot-mouth Disease

Objective Observe the effect of Pijiling oral liquid united ribovirin treating hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods 160 patients with hand-footmouth disease were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group with 80 patients was treated with Pijiling oral liquid united ribovirin,the control groups with 80 patients was treated with ribovirin. Patients were evaluated for eff icacy after the treatment. Results The rate was 81.3% and the total effective rate was 97.1% in treatment group;The rate was 43.8% and the total effective rate was 90.0% in control group. Compared the rate and the total effective,the difference was signif icant（P〈0.05） .The effectiveness of treatment groups was better than the control groups. Conclusion The treatment of Pijiling oral liquid united ribovirin can improve the Clinical curative effect obviously.
