摘    要:目的建立人参、三七和西洋参的高效液相色谱(HPLC)鉴别方法,对其进行鉴别和质量控制。方法利用一种新的样品处理方法,即液-液-液三相静态萃取法对药材样品进行预处理,然后对三相萃取物分别以不同的流动相梯度进行反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法测定,记录色谱图和三维图谱。结果3种药材的HPLC图均具有良好的分离度和重现性,鉴别特征差异显著。结论三相静态萃取能够对参类药材的复杂成分进行有效的分离。药材各相萃取物的HPLC图均具有良好的鉴别特征,其中中间相较轻相和重相萃取物的色谱信息量大、专属性强,因此可以将中间相的特征色谱作为人参、三七和西洋参鉴别及质量指标量化的依据。

Abstract:Objective To establish the method to identify and control the quality of Panax ginseng,Panax notoginseng and Panax quinquefolium. Methods Pretreating the samples with the new method of liquid-liquid-liquid static three-phase extraction,the extractives were detected by RP-HPLC with a gradient program.Results The simple and specific method with good resolution and repeatability was established.The HPLC chromatograms of samples,especially the three-dimensional chromatograms,were distinguished significantly.Conclusion The static three-phase extraction has advantages of pre-treatment of medicinal materials.Three kinds of extractives of every sample have characteristic chromatograms.The intermediate phase can give more information than the other two phases.So,the HPLC characteristic chromatograms of intermediate phases can be used to identify and control the quality of Panax ginseng,Panax notoginseng and Panax quinquefolium.
