团体心理训练对野外驻训官兵心理健康的影响

目的探讨团体心理训练对野外驻训官兵心理健康的影响。方法将野外驻训官兵720人随机分为团体心理训练组与对照组各360人,进行3个月的团体心理训练与部队常规管理教育,采用症状自评量表对两组野外驻训官兵进行训练前后的测评对比,并与中国军人常模比较。结果野外驻训官兵两组训练前各项因子分、阳性项目数及总分均高于中国军人常模,部分差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）;两组训练后各项因子分、阳性项目数及总分均低于训练前,部分差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）;团体心理训练组训练后各项因子分、阳性项目数及总分均低于对照组,部分差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）;团体心理训练组训练后各项因子分、阳性项目数及总分均低于中国军人常模,部分差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）;对照组训练后各项因子分均低于中国军人常模,但差异无统计学意义。结论 团体心理训练提高野外驻训官兵整体心理健康水平效果显著。

The influence of the group psychological training on mental health of the officers and soldiers in field training

Objective To investigate the influence of the group psychological training on mental health of the officers and soldiers in field training.Methods 720 officers and soldiers in field training were randomly divided into 2 groups： the experimental group（n=360） trained by psychological training and the control group（n=360） by military general education for three months,in comparison with SCL-90 scores between two groups before and after field training.Results The officers and soldiers in two groups before the field training： the factor scores,number of positive items and total score were higher than the norm of Chinese soldiers significantly,the partial difference had statistical significance（P0.01,P0.05）;The officers and soldiers in two groups after the field training： the factor scores,number of positive items and total score were lower than that before the field training,the partial difference had statistical significance（P0.01,P0.05）;the group of group psychological training：the factor scores,number of positive items and total score were lower than the control group significantly,the partial difference had statistical significance（P0.01,P0.05）;the group of psychological training group after training： the factor scores,number of positive items and total score were lower than the norm of Chinese soldiers significantly,the partial difference had statistical significance（P0.01,P0.05）;control group： the factor scores after training were lower than the norm of Chinese soldiers but the difference had no statistical significance.Conclusion Group psychological training is very effective in improving the mental health of officers and soldiers in field training.
