摘    要:采用超声法提取苦水玫瑰总黄酮,选取液料比、乙醇体积分数和提取时间3个因子,应用Box-behnken响应面分析、优化工艺条件。结果表明,超声提取黄酮成分的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数46%,液料比36∶1,提取时间5.7 min。在该工艺条件下总黄酮提取率达9.42%。

Abstract:The total flavonoids were extracted using ultrasonic extraction,selecting the liquid to solid rati-o,ethanol volume fraction and extraction time three factors design,using Box-behnken response surface methodology( RSM)verification and optimization of process conditions. The result showed that the opti-mum condition were as follows:ethanol volume fraction is 46%,liquid to material ratio at 36:1 ,extraction time 5. 7 min. Under this condition,the extraction rate of flavonoids is 9. 42%.
