| 摘 要： | 介绍了上海宝信软件有限公司所开发的"宝山钢铁股份有限公司不锈钢事业部铁水脱磷站自动化控制系统",以2号铁水脱磷站作为具体的应用实例,介绍了2号铁水脱磷站多级综合自动化控制系统的构成,描述了基础自动化控制系统(L1)的系统方案和控制功能;详述在该系统中所应用的全集成自动化架构、面向对象的软件设计、EIC三电一体化结构等新技术及其特点和优势。正是计算机技术的快速发展才使得这些新技术应用到自动化控制领域成为现实,这是冶金自动化控制系统今后发展的方向。
