| 摘 要： | 目的探讨上消化道穿孔的非手术治疗经验。方法回顾分析收治的42例上消化道穿孔病人非手术治疗的临床资料。结果38例经非手术治疗痊愈，4例因腹膜炎加重中转手术。结论对于空腹穿孔、腹膜炎症比较局限、中毒症状较轻的上消化道穿孔病例，非手术治疗是一种有效稳妥的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective Discuss the non-operative treatment in acute perforation of gastric-duodenal ulcers. Methods Retrospectively analysing the clinical outcome of treatment of forty-two patients with acute perforation of gastric-duodenal ulcer.Results Thirty-eight patients were cured through non-operative treatment.Four patients underwent surgery because of aggravation of peritonitis.Conclusion Non-operative treatment is an effective way to treat patients with acute perforation of gastric-duodenal ulcer in limosis. |
