摘    要:目的 探讨家庭教育对精神分裂症患者配偶生活质量的影响.方法 将符合人组条件的116例精神分裂症患者配偶随机分为观察组和对照组,每组58例.两组患者均维持原抗精神病(折合氯丙嗪剂量≤300mg/d)治疗,同时对观察组患者配偶实施每月1次的家庭教育,为期1年.对照组不实施家庭教育.采用生活质量综合评定问卷(CQOU)对两组精神分裂症患者配偶分别于家庭教育前及结束时各评定1次.结果 家庭教育结束时,观察组患者配偶的GQOLI总分及躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能3个维度评分均显著高于对照组(P均<0.01).结论 家庭教育能有效地提高精神分裂症患者配偶的生活质量.

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of family education on the quality of life in spouses of schizophrenia. Methods In this 1 -year follow - up study, 116 schizophrenics with their family receiving chlor promazine equivalent daily dose of 300mq were involved in the study, and randomly divided into observation group ( n = 58 ) and control group ( n = 58 ) . The spouses of schizophrenia in observation group were additionally com bined with family education. All subjects were evaluated using the Generic Quality of Life Inventory (GQOLI) .Results At the end of family education, the total score of C, QOLI and the scores of physical function, mental function and social fimction in the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group ( t =4. 46, 4. 30, 4. 74, 2. 91, P <0. 01) . Conclusion The family education could effectively improve the quality of life of the spouses of schizophrenia.
