对承德建设国际旅游城市的几点思考

承德作为我国首批24个历史文化名城之一,在旅游资源上,既有以避暑山庄、外八庙及金山岭长城为代表的世界文化遗产,也有众多4A级以上旅游风景区;在文化底蕴上,作为满清王朝的第二个政治中心,承德既是民族大融合的象征,也是我国最后一个封建王朝走向没落的历史见证。以建设国际旅游城市为目标的"四大一推一建"活动把承德未来发展定位在国际旅游城市,这将促使承德由资源依赖型城市向以现代服务业为主导的旅游休闲型城市转变,为承德今后的发展带来了新起点、新机遇。

Reflection on Building Chengde Into an International Tourist City

As China’s first batch of 24 historical and cultural cities,Chengde is rich in tourism resources,such as the Mountain Resort,the eight outer temples and Jinshanling Great Wall as the representative of the cultural heritage of the world.There are many more 4A scenic spots.In terms of culture,as the Qing Dynasty’s second political center,Chengde is the major national fusion symbol,it also witnessed China’s last dynasty to decline.The construction of international tourism city as the goal of ＂four big push to build＂ will make Chengde develop from a resource-based city to a modern service industry as the leading tourism and leisure city.Hopefully the development will henceforth brings Chengde a new starting point and new opportunity.
