装备采办领域复杂系统建模仿真的应用研究

摘    要:在介绍复杂适应系统理论、基于Agent建模仿真方法与Repast平台的基础上,总结了利用Repast平台进行复杂系统建模仿真的一般方法。通过运用该方法,对装备采办过程中军企合作的简易模型进行了研究与实现,结合Repast平台产生的丰富的仿真数据,从如何保持军企合作竞争性的角度进行了分析,对如何提高装备采办的有效性提供了一定的数据支撑。同时,开创了运用复杂系统建模仿真方法对装备采办领域的复杂性问题进行研究的新方向。

Abstract:Sum up a general method of complex system modeling &simulation with the Repast platform,which is based on the introduc-tion of complex adaptive system theory,Agent based modeling&simulation method and the Repast platform. Then,the method is used to describe the simple model that how the army and enterprise cooperate in the process of equipment acquisition. Combined with the rich simulation data produced by Repast,it makes a brief analysis from the perspective that how to remain the competitiveness of army and en-terprise cooperation,which provides some data support for how to improve the effectiveness of equipment acquisition. In addition,it pio-neers a new research direction using the method of complex system modeling&simulation to study the complex issues in equipment ac-quisition field.
