| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乳腺双靶X线摄片、数字化三维立体定位穿刺活检在乳腺疾病诊断中的应用。方法采用美国GE钼铑双靶X线机及数字化三维立体定位穿刺活检系统对55例患者行立体定位穿刺活检(Stereotactic coreneedle biopsy，SCNB)，对18例患者行立体定位细针引导切检(Stereotactic needle Localized biopsy，SNLB)，并对活检组织进行病理检查。结果SCNB组55例中，良性病变18例，恶性病变37例；SNLB组18例中，良性病变11例，恶性病变7例。结论SCNB及SNLB创伤小，操作简便，可进一步提高早期乳腺癌的诊断率，值得临床应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of Mo/Rh mammography,digital 3D localization biopsy in breast diseases.Methods With GE DMR Mo/Rh mammography and digital 3D localization biopsy system,55 stereotactic core needle biopsy (SCNB) and 18 stereotactic needle Localized biopsy(SNLB)were performed,respectively.Results Fifty-five SCNB and 18 SNLB were successfully performed.Of 55 SCNB,18 cases were benign and the other 37 malignant.Of 18 SNLB,11 cases were benign and the other 7 malignant.Conclusion Both SCNB and SNLB were easy to operate with minimal trauma.They could improve the diagnosis of early breast cancer and could be safely applied. |
