Abstract:95598 customer service system is an important part of customer service technological support system for electric power companies.It is helpful for the companies to meet the needs of development and reform of enterprises and social services as well as to improve the quality of service.This paper introduces the development principle,main service processing flow,basic functions, logical topology and characteristics of 95598 customer service system.It is a useful reference for power supply companies.
