| 摘 要： | 以西北电网主干电路通信资源管理项目建设为背景,介绍了西北电力通信资源管理系统的设计与规划。文章首先介绍了系统的总体目标,分析了系统的物理结构和软件体系,重点研究了动态性资源管理及其实现方式,以及资源管理系统与电力系统已经普遍建设的综合监控、DM IS之间的集成与互联技术。对电力通信资源管理系统的建设有着较好的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Based on the communication resource management project of northwest grid trunk lines,this paper presents the design and layout of northwest electric power communication resource management system.It introduces the general goal of the system and analyzes the hardware structure and software architecture.The dynamic resource management and its realization,including the integration and interconnection technology with integrated monitoring system and DMIS are also discussed in the paper. |
