标准摄食锻炼方案在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者中的运用效果

目的:探讨标准摄食锻炼方案在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者中的运用效果.方法:将脑卒中后合并吞咽功能障碍的70例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组采用常规综合干预方案,观察组在常规方案的基础上采用标准摄食锻炼方案,比较两组患者吞咽功能评分、坠积性肺炎发生率及对康复锻炼的满意度.结果:两组患者干预后吞咽功能评分均有明显改善,且观察组患者的改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者的吸入性肺炎的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者对摄食锻炼方案的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:在常规综合干预方案结合标准摄食管理方案可有效改善脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的吞咽功能状态,降低脑卒中相关吸入性肺炎的发生率,在临床值得进一步推广.

Effect of applying standard ingestion exercise scheme to stroke patients with dysphagia

Objective: To evaluate the effect of standard ingestion exercise scheme on stroke patients with dysphagia. Methods: Seventy stroke patients with dysphagia were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group adopted the conventionally comprehensive intervention scheme. The observation group adopted the standard ingestion exercise scheme on the basis of the conventional scheme. Then, the two groups were compared in respect of the scores of the swallowing function, the incidence of hypostatic pneumonia and rehabilitation exercise satisfaction. Results: As for the swallowing function, patients in the two groups improved significantly after the intervention, and patients in the observation group improved more greatly than those of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of aspiration pneumonia in the observation group was much lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Patients in the observation group were more satisfied with the ingestion exercise scheme than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of the conventionally comprehensive intervention scheme and standard ingestion scheme can effectively improve the swallowing function of the stroke patients with dysphagia and reduce the incidence of stroke - related aspiration pneumonia, which is worth further popularization in clinical practice.
