| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨CT导引下经皮经肝穿刺胆道引流术的方法和临床应用效果。方法:在螺旋CT导引下经皮经肝穿刺扩张的肝内胆管进行胆汁外引流。结果:穿刺引流恶性胆道梗阻患者18例,17例穿刺成功,并且引流胆汁通畅,1例穿刺未成功。结论:CT导引下经皮经肝穿刺胆道引流术解决恶性梗阻性黄疸安全有效,并且费用低,值得我们临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the method and clinical application of percutaneous transhepatic drainage puncture guided by CT.Methods With the percutaneous transhepatic puncture,in intrahepatic duct,the outward drainage of bile is conducted,guided by spiral CT.Results Among the 18 patients with malignant jaundice punctured,17 were punctured successfully and their bile drained freely,while one patient was not successfully punctured.Conclusion It is more safe and effective and less expensive for malignant jaundice patients to take percutaneous transhepatic drainage puncture guided by CT in qualitative diagnosis. |
