区域经济政策对西部地区的影响研究

要解决地区发展不均衡，通用的做法就是通过政府制定并实施相应的区域经济政策，以促进地区间经济社会协调发展。西部开发战略，就是利用政府对西部的倾斜政策，加快西部欠发达地区的经济发展速度。10年来西部地区利用区域经济政策，有力地促进了西部地区经济发展。在未来的西部开发中，通过区域经济政策更好更快促进西部地区经济的发展，将具有更加重要的战略意义。为此，本文运用TFP（全要素生产率）理论，以区域经济发展理论为依据，在可靠的统计数据和文献资料分析基础上，结合数学模型进行分析，检验国家区域经济政策对促进西部地区经济发展的有效性，并提出了相应的对策建议。

A Study of the Influence of Regional Economy on the West of China

The settlement of unbalanced regional development usually lies with the government which formulates and implements the proper regional economic policy to facilitate the harmonious development of regional economy and society. Development Strategy of West China means the exploitation of the preferential policy towards the West to promote the economic development in the underdeveloped areas of the West. Over the past ten years, West China has been successful along this way thanks to the preferential policy, which will be of equal significance in the future. This paper applies the TFP theory, with reference to regional economic development theory and the reliable statistics and documentation, and via mathematical model, to analyze and test the effectiveness of national regional economic policy in boosting the economic development in China West and finally proposes the responding solutions.
