| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血管酶转换抑制剂苯那普利治疗肺心病难治性心衰的疗效。方法选择适宜病例50例,应用苯那普利10 mg/次,2次/d,口服,分别于用药后1、2、3周监测心功能、醛固酮系统、心钠素及血流动力学等相关指标的变化。结果50例中显效23例,有效25例,无效2例。结论血管转换酶抑制苯那普利对肺心病顽固性心衰疗效确切,副反应轻。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the curative effect of benazepril on refractory hear failure(RHF) due to pulmonary heart disease(PHD).Methods The available 50 cases were underwent the oral intake of benazepril 10mg bid.The heart function,ALD,ANP and hemodynamic data were observed.Results There were 23 cases excellent effect,25 cases good and 2 cases no effect.Conclusion The benazepril might have perfect curative effect and without side effect to treat RHF of PHD. |
