摘    要:以质子酸为催化剂.研究了质子酸类型对丙烯酸水合的影响及最佳工艺条件。结果表明.反应的收率只与H^+浓度有关,与酸的种类无关。以磷酸为催化剂,最佳的丙烯酸水合条件为:V(丙烯酸):V(水)=1:5.pH值0.6、反应温度120℃、反应时间3h,在此条件下,丙烯酸的转化率为78.81%,3-羟基丙酸的选择性为92.38%。

Abstract:The effect of acid types on hydration of acrylic acid was studied using proton acid as catalyst,and the reaction conditions were optimized. The results showed that the reaction yield was influenced by hydrogen ion concentration regardless of its source. Under the optimal conditions as follows.phosphoric acid as catalyst, volume ratio of acrylic acid to water of 1: 5,pH value of 0.6,reaction temperature of 120 ℃ and reaction time of 3 h,the conversion of acrylic acid was 78.81% ,and the selectivity of 3-hydroxypropionic acid was 92.38%.
