| 摘 要： | 阐述了磨齿齿轮在齿槽根部齿形渐开线不够深是啮合产生干涉的原因。分析了在立式磨齿机上双斜边砂轮磨齿时,磨出齿轮齿根过渡曲线与啮合齿轮齿顶运动轨迹发生干涉的原因,提出了避免干涉的措施,防止齿轮副装配时产生干涉的不良后果。

| Abstract: | This essay mainly explains that the involutes of grind gear on the bottom of the tooth space is not deep enough is caused by meshing interference.It analyzes why the transition curve of the gear interferes with the trace of the tip of meshing gear when grinding with double-arc grinding wheel on vertical grinding machine.It provides relevant measures of the prevention interference. |
