3种桩核熔模制取方法的临床对比观察

目的]探讨3种桩核熔模制取方法的临床效果。方法]：对261颗经完善根管治疗的患牙，分别用自凝树脂、嵌体蜡、琼脂印模材料制取桩核熔模及烤瓷冠（桥）并随访0．5～4年。结果]261颗桩核大多固位良好，未发生继发龋坏及牙周组织病变。3组临床效果无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论]3种方法都取得良好的疗效，临床应用时应注意各种方法适应症的选择及精确的操作，才能保证良好疗效。

Comparsion of three methods to get casting post-cores

Objective] To investigate the clinical effect of three methods to get casting post-cores.Methods] Total of 261 residual roots and crowns,after the perfect root canal therapy were restored by three different methods,All patients were followed up 0.5-4 years.Results]Two hundred and sixty-one post-cores had effective border position and retention,No periondontal diseases and secondary caries arose.There were no significant difference in short-term results between three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion] It is feasible to get casting post-cores by the three methods,but the attention must be paid to the selection of endications seriously.
