番木瓜果实发育过程呼吸代谢的研究

摘    要:番木瓜果实发育过程中的呼吸高峰出现在开花后第五个月。用抑制剂的方法证明,番木瓜果实糖的降解存在EMP和HMP两条途径。线粒体内、外都有氧化酶的活性。线粒体的电子传递途径,除细胞色素氧化酶途径外,还有抗氰氧化酶途径。上述途径与酶活性随果实发育发生更替性变化。

Abstract:The respiratory peak of papaya fruit in the course of its development normally occurred, five months after flowering. Application of inhibitors showed that there were two pathways of carbohydrate oxidation of papaya fruit, i. e. EMP and HMP pathways, with oxidase activity both inside and outside mitochondria. The electron transfer pathways of mitochondria included those of the cytochrome oxidase and the cyanide-resistant oxidase. The abovesaid pathways and oxidase activity occurred alternatively in the whole process of fruit development.
