摘    要:目的:探讨品管圈活动在降低血液透析补铁所致的透析机空气报警中的应用,以提高血液透析病人蔗糖铁使用的安全性,保证病人血液透析的顺利进行。方法:由血液净化中心8名医护人员自愿组建品管圈,选定降低血液透析中补铁所致的透析机空气报警率为活动主题,总结分析透析过程中静脉点滴蔗糖铁所致的透析机空气报警原因,同时制定和实施相应的护理对策。结果:应用品管圈活动后,静脉点滴蔗糖铁所致的空气报警率较活动前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:开展品管圈活动,降低了血液透析中静脉点滴蔗糖铁所致的透析机空气报警次数,提高了圈员的团队精神和质量管理能力。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of quality control circle ( QCC) program in decreasing the rate of hemodialysis machine air alarm because of in-travenous iron administration during hemodialysis,in order to improve the safety of using iron sucrose and ensure hemodialysis smoothly. Methods:QCC was established by 8 medical personnel voluntarily,and the theme of this program was decreased the rate of hemodialysis machine air alarm. Observed the rate of hemodialysis machine air alarm before this program,and then analyzing its reason. At the same time,the corresponding nursing countermeasures were formu-lated and implemented. Results:The rate of hemodialysis machine air alarm exceeded the targets obviously after implementing QCC was lower than before, the was remarkable different (P<0. 05). Conclusion:QCC program can not only decrease the rate of hemodialysis machine air alarm,but also improve the team spirit and the ability of quality management.
