模糊PID算法在回转窑的喂煤量—烧成带温度控制系统中的应用

摘    要:喂煤量-烧成带温度控制系统是回转窑生产的一个重要组成部分,但其具有大惯性、纯滞后、非线性等特点,常规PID控制算法难以对其生产温度进行准确的控制。文章提出的模糊PID控制器是将模糊控制与传统PID控制相结合,用模糊控制理论在线整定PID控制器的比例、积分、微分系数。仿真结果表明,该控制器在响应速度、稳态精度等方面均优于常规PID控制器。

Abstract:The temperature control system is a important part of the rotary kiln. However, because of the characteristics of big inertia, pure time -delay and nonlinearity, exact mathematic model is hard to be obtained, conventional PID control can not meet the need of production. Fuzzy PID controller combines fuzzy and conventional PID control, which regulates on - line the proportional, integral and differential coefficients by fuzzy control theory. The simulation results indicate that the fuzzy PID controller is prior to conventional PID in response speed and stable precision.
