乳腺癌患者凝血功能与肿瘤生物学特征的关系

目的探讨乳腺癌患者凝血功能与肿瘤生物学特征的关系。方法回顾性分析新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院40例乳腺癌患者的临床资料,研究治疗前乳腺癌患者凝血功能,并与乳腺良性疾病患者进行对照。结果与乳腺良性病变患者比较,乳腺癌患者凝血酶时间（PT）、活化部分凝血活酶时间（APTT）、纤维蛋白原（FIB）、D-二聚体（DD）及血小板（PLT）明显升高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;进一步分析,乳腺癌患者血液DD水平及PLT计数随肿瘤最大径的增大明显升高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;Ⅲ、Ⅳ期乳腺癌患者FIB、DD及PLT水平明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;有腋窝淋巴结转移的乳腺癌患者APTT及FIB水平明显高于无腋窝淋巴结转移的患者,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论乳腺癌患者凝血功能与其肿瘤大小、临床分期及有无腋窝淋巴结等生物学特性密切相关。

Relationship between clotting function and tumor biology characteristics of breast cancer patients

Objective To explore the relationship between clotting function and tumor biological characteristics of patients with breast cancer. Methods The clinical data of 40 patients with breast cancer from Tumor Hospital Affiliated to Xinjiang Medical University were retrospectively analyzed, the clotting function of before treatment was studied, and the coagulation of patients with benign breast disease was used as a control. Results Compared with patients with benign breast disease, the PT, AFFF, FIB, DD and PLT of breast cancer patients had increased, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; further analyzed, blood DD level of breast cancer patients and PLT count with the maximum tumor diameter significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; the FIB, DD and PLT levels of breast cancer patients with stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ higher than the patients with stage Ⅰ- Ⅱ, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） ; the APTT and FIB level axillary lymph no metastases in breast cancer patients was higher than patients with axillary lymph node metastasis, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clotting function of breast cancer patients with their tumor size, clinical stage and axillary lymph node and other biological characteristics are closely related.
