| 摘 要： | 对我国农业技术推广机制中存在的问题进行了分析,并在此基础上提出了构建公益化和产业化的"双轨"运行机制.该机制可以有效地解决农业技术推广中的激励缺乏以及推广目标与农户需求不一致等问题.

| Abstract: | The paper analyzed the problems of China's agricultural popularizing mechanism and based on this proposed to build a public and the industrialization of the "two-track" operation mechanism. The mechanism can be an effective solution to the lack of incentives in agricultural technology popularizing as well as variance of the goals and fanners needs and so on. |
