无黏土低密度全油基钻井完井液的研究

摘    要:针对油包水钻井液中存在乳化水滴,会导致低压低渗储层发生较为严重的水锁损害的问题,以生物毒性和密度都较低的5#白油为基油,通过对主要处理剂,如增黏剂、表面活性剂、碳酸钙、氧化钙、降滤失剂等进行优选,研制出了一套无黏土全油基低密度钻井完井液。性能评价结果表明,该全油基钻井液密度低,黏度可控,切力适中,滤失量低,破乳电压大于2000V;具有电稳定性好、抗温性强、在高温下的乳化效果好等特点;抗水侵污限为20%,抗盐(NaCl)侵污限为8.0%,抗土侵污限为20.0%;且滤液全为油,有利于储层保护。

Abstract:When an invert drill-in fluid is used in drilling low pressure,low permeability reservoirs,the emulsified water in the drilling fluid causes water block to the formation. A clay-free whole oil base drill-in fluid is formulated with a 5# white oil as the base fluid.
