VEGF 在口腔鳞癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

目的观察血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)在口腔鳞癌中的表达并探讨其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测50例口腔鳞癌组织和10例正常口腔粘膜组织中VEGF的表达,并根据患者的病理特征分析VEGF的表达情况,探讨VEGF的表达与患者临床病理特征之间的关系。结果口腔鳞癌组织中VEGF的阳性表达率为74.00%,显著高于正常粘膜组织中VEGF的阳性表达率(20.00%);VEGF蛋白的阳性表达与肿瘤浸润邻近组织的深浅程度和组织学分级显著相关(P<0.05),但与患者的年龄和肿瘤的原发部位无关。结论 VEGF的表达上调可能在口腔鳞癌的浸润过程中发挥重要作用。

Expression and Clinical Significance of VEGF in Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Objective To observe the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in oral squamous cell carcinoma and investigate its clinical significance.Methods The expression of VEGF in 50 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma tissue and 10 cases of normal oral mucosa were detected by immunohistochemical SP method.To analyze the correlation of the expression of VEGF and clinicopathologic features of oral squamous cell carcinoma.Results The positive expression rate of VEGF in oral squamous cell carcinoma was 74.00%,which was significantly higher than that in the normal mucosa(20.00%).The positive expressions of VEGF protein was significantly correlated to the degree of tumor infiltration and grading of tumor(P<0.05),but it was irrelevant to the patient age and primary tumor site.Conclusion The upregulation of VEGF may play an important role in the infiltration of oral squamous cell carcinoma.
