高取代度阳离子淀粉在造纸工业中的应用

摘    要:通过半干法制备高取代度阳离子淀粉。将玉米原淀粉和适量的碱催化剂在三口烧瓶中混合均匀后 ,再加入 3-氯 - 2 -羟丙基三甲基氯化铵阳离子醚化剂 ,在温度为 6 0~ 70℃时 ,反应 4h ,再用乙醇溶液浸泡、过滤、洗涤、真空干燥 ,制得的高取代度阳离子淀粉具有显著的助留助滤效果 ,且用量明显减少

Abstract:This paper deals with the preparation of the ca ti onic starch on the degree of high substitution through the half dry way. The cor n starch and the alkali catalyst are mixed in the three-mouth flask, then addin g the cationic etherfying agent N-(3 -chloro-2- hydroxypropyl) trimethylammonium chloride]. Let them react for 4 hours at the temperature of 60~70℃. Then using the ethanol to saturate, after filtering, w ashing and vacuum drying. We get the highly substituted cationic starch. The exp eriments show that this kind of cationic starch has remarkable retention effects and its dosages decrease.
