| 摘 要： | 随着建筑业的快速发展和人们法律意识的增强,建设工程方面的经济案件呈现不断上升的趋势,工程造价司法鉴定活动也越来越频繁;同时工程造价司法鉴定结论作为受理法官的参考依据,在诉讼中具有举足轻重的作用,工程造价司法鉴定结论的合理性这一课题具有较高的学术和实用价值。

| Abstract: | With the development of social economic and the universal of legal education,the legal consciousness of citizens is getting stronger and stronger,the number of variety of civil action is growing.Forensic activities of project cost become more and more frequently.In the same time,the cost of judicial conclusions,as the accepted reference for judges,play an important role in litigation.Consequently,the issue rationality of cost of judicial conclusions has great practical value and academic value. |
