| 摘 要： | 随着运营商数据业务竞争的加剧,提高用户感知成为网络优化工作的首要目的。本文提出将客户感知作为网络优化工作切入点的数据分析方法和客户数据采集监控方法。实现对客户感知的端到端监控和优化,提高网络优化工作效率。

| Abstract: | With the competition of data business intensifying, improve the user sensation become the primary objective of network optimization. This article proposes a method of data analysis for network optimization through user sensation, and a method of gathering and monitoring user data. By these methods the end-to-end customer perception could be monitored and optimized, and the efficiency of network optimization could also be improved. |
