摘    要:探讨了用 TCS法生产阳离子可染涤纶时 ,CDP切片含水率、纺丝温度、冷却成形、拉伸等工艺参数的选择。结果表明 :采用合理的干燥工艺可获得含水率稳定在 2 0 μg/ g以内的 CDP干切片 ,纺丝系统采用两套联苯加热保温 ,降低侧吹风速度 ,提高侧吹风温度 ,热管温度为 168~ 175℃ ,卷绕速度为 4.5~ 4.8km/ min时 ,可生产出质量优良的阳离子改性涤纶长丝

Abstract:Rational choice of the process parameters, such as water content of CDP chips, spinning temperature, quenching conditions and drawing process, was decided for cationic\|dyeable polyester filament production by TCS process. The results showed that the proper drying process ensured the water content of dried CDP chips less than 20 μg/g. The spinning plant installed two sets of dowtherm. The high\|quality cationic\|dyeable polyester filament can be obtained at lower quenching speed and higher temperature; and the thermal channel temperature should be in the range of 168~175℃ and the winding speed in the range of 4.5~4.8 km/min.
