摘    要:研究了镧铈混合稀土(RE)变质对ZA40合金组织、力学性能及耐磨性能的影响.试验结果表明,添加适量混合镧铈稀土能促使合金的晶粒细化,抑制共晶硅的生长.RE加入量为0.15%时合金的力学性能明显提高,稀土对合金的硬度影响最大,硬度由112.8HBS上升到150.2HBS,提高了40.6%.拉伸断面由脆性断裂向韧脆性混合断裂转变.合金在干摩擦条件下耐磨性得到提高,在300N载荷时磨损量仅10.1mg,比ZA27合金降低了近65%.

Abstract:The microstructure,mechanics properties and wear resistance of mixed RE modified ZA40 alloy have been studied.Experimental results showed that proper amount of RE addition could promote grain refinement and inhibit the growth of eutectic silicon.With a 0.15% RE addition,the mechanics properties of ZA40 alloy significantly improved,the brittle fracture tensile cross-section turned to ductile-brittle mixed fracture,the dry wear resistance improved.
