早期老年性痴呆患者社区康复训练干预效果

目的探讨早期老年性痴呆（AD）患者社区康复训练的干预效果。方法将90例AD患者随机分为对照组和干预组，各45例，对照组出院后不给予任何康复训练干预，而干预组出院后给予综合康复训练，比较2组的认知功能评分、生活质量、临床疗效等指标。结果干预后1年干预组的简易精神状态量表（MMSE）评分、日常生活能力量表（ADL）评分、韦氏记忆量表（WMS）评分、激越行为量表（CMAI）评分均明显高于对照组（P〈0．01）；干预组的生活质量、生活能力、心理健康、独立性、社会关系、环境适应能力等指标得分均明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）；干预组的总有效率为86．7％，明显高于对照组的62．2％（P〈0．01）。结论早期AD患者实施综合康复训练后，可明显减轻认知功能障碍，改善生活质量，提高临床疗效。

Intervention effect of community rehabilitation training on patients with early Alzheimer~ disease

Objective] To explore the intervention effect of community rehabilitation training on patients with early Alzheimer＇s disease （AD}. Methods]90 AD patients were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group, 45 cases in each group. The control group was not given the rehabilitation training after discharge, and the intervention group received the comprehensive rehabilitation training after discharge. The cognitive function scores, quality of life and clinical curative effect were compared between the two groups. Results] After one year of intervention, the scores of the Mini-mental state examination （ MMSE}, the Activity of daily living scale （ ADL }, the Wechsler memory scale （ WMS } ？ and the Cohen-Mansfield agitation inventory （ CMAI ） in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.01 }. The scores of life quality, viability, mental health, independence, social relation and environmental adaptation ability in the intervention group were signifi- candy higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The total effective rate in the intervention group 186.7% } was higher than that in the control group （ 62.2% } significantly （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion] The comprehensive rehabilitation training can obviously reduce the cognitive dysfunction of patients with early AD, improve their life quality, and raise clinical curative effect.
