微合金钢Q420静态再结晶研究

摘    要:基于双道次压缩实验,研究Q420钢在变形奥氏体区的软化行为,分析变形温度与间隔时间对静态软化行为的影响,确定了Q420轧制工艺.采用应力补偿法计算静态再结晶百分数,确定Q420钢的静态再结晶激活能,并建立了静态再结晶动力学模型.

Abstract:The softening behaviour of deformed austenite of HSLA steel grade Q420 was studied based on the double-pass compression experiment.The influence on the static softening behaviour by deformation temperature and interval time was analyzed,and the rolling process was defined.The static recrystallization percentage was defined by the method of stress offset.The static recrystallization activation energy of grade Q420 was determined and the static recrystallization dynamical model is established to predict the evolution of softening.
