两种方法治疗慢性肾功能衰竭疗效比较

目的：观察综合疗法治疗慢性肾功能衰竭（CRF）的疗效。方法：70例慢性肾功能衰竭患者分为西医治疗（对照组，n=35）和中西医结合治疗（治疗组，n=35），对照组采用在西医常规治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用中药汤剂治疗，观察临床疗效、症状体征积分评分、血肌酐（Scr）、血尿素氮（BUN）、血清白蛋白（ALB）及24h尿量。结果：治疗组有效率82．8％，明显高于对照组62．8％（x2=4．100，P〈0．05）：治疗组治疗2．5年症状、体征积分低于治疗前（t=2．224，P〈0．05），治疗组症状、体征积分（7．86±0．45）分明显低于对照组（t=2．284，P〈0．05）：治疗组BUN、Scr含量治疗前后有显著性差异（t=2．231、2．245、2．189，P〈0．05），与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（t=2．251、2．312、2．289．P〈0．05）。结论：综合疗法治疗CRF疗效肯定，是提高患者生活质量的有效方法。

Analysis of Chronic Renal Failure by Two Kinds of Therapy

Objective To observe the combined therapy for patients with chronic renal failure （CRF）.Methods 70 patients with chronic renal failure were divided into Western medicine treatment （control group,n=35）and combination therapy （treatment group,n=35）,control group conventional treatment of western medicine, the treatment group were based on plus Chinese medicine decoction treatment,The index of clinical effects, symptoms, signs integral intelligence score, serum creatinine（Scr）,blood urea nitrogen （BUN）, serum albumin （ALB） and 24h urine were observed.Results The effect rate82.8% in treatment group were significantly higher than 62.8% in control group （X2=4.100, P〈0.05）; symptoms and signs in treatment group after treatment 2.5 years were lower than before treatment （t=2.224, P〈0.05）, Symptoms, signs in treatment group （7.86±0.45） were lower than the control group （t=2.284,P〈0.05）;The contents of BUN, Scr in treatment group before treatment with after treatment were significantly different （t=2.231,2.245,2.189,P〈0.05） ,The contents of BUN, Scr in treatment group compared with the control group had significantly different （t= 2.251,2.312,2.289,P〈0.05）.Conelusion Comprehensive treatment method of CRF has certain effect,and can improve the life quality of patients with an effective way.
