新型轨道运料车转向架构架结构分析

摘    要:在参考国内一些列车转向架结构的基础上,设计出一款新型低速轨道运料车转向架.根据国际铁路联盟规程UIC 615 4—2003标准进行构架载荷分析与相应工况的载荷计算,并利用ANSYS Workbench有限元软件对构架正常运行和超常运行两种工况下的应力以及变形进行分析.计算结果表明该转向架构架结构满足静强度要求.

Structural analysis on bogie frame for new rail vehicle

Abstract:Referring to the domestic rail bogie structures, a new low-speed rail vehicle bogie is first designed. Then, the frame loading analysis and calculation under specific working conditions are conducted based on the standards of UIC 615-4-2003. Meanwhile, the stress and deformation analyses are completed using the finite element software, ANSYS WorkbenchTM, under two working conditions of normal and supernormal operations. Finally,it is found from calculation results that the bogie frame structure meets the static strength demand.
