本安电路中电缆L/R的选择原则

摘    要:电缆L/R经值按照国际电工委员会IEC60079-11标准取值,能够保证系统的本质安全性质,不过由该标准中L/R公式未考虑火花放电能量中由电源部分提供给的能量EIT/6,从而导致与实际情况不符。为此,本基于电感性本质安全电路放电电流线性衰减模型,引入了最小建弧电压的概念,进而利用电感电路的本质安全性能判别工,提出了确定电缆电感电阻比L/R的又一选取原则。

Abstract:It can ensure the intrinsically safe capability of the system according to the ratio of L/R regulated in IEC 60079-11 Nevertheless, it ignores the energy EIT/6 supplied by electrical source in te whole process of arc discharge. This makes it being strict comparing to the fact.Then based on the current linear attenuation model and the concept of minimum arcing voltage in inductive intrinsic safety circuit, the choosing principle of L/R ratio is established assuredly by using the intrinsic safety discriminate of inductive circuit.
