基于局部综合的弧齿锥齿轮磨齿加工参数设计

采用局部综合法进行弧齿锥齿轮磨齿加工参数（包括刀具参数和机床调整参数）设计。该方法能够准确控制齿面参考点的一阶、二阶接触参数，即能够准确控制齿面上参考点的位置、参考点处接触轨迹方向、接触椭圆大小和传动比变化率，较之传统使用的调整卡方法具有较大的优越性。

Determination of Machine- tool Settings for Grinding Spiral Bevel Gears

This paper uses the local synthesis method to determine machine tool settings for grinding spiral bevel gears. This method can guarantee the accuracy of the first and the second order contact parameters of the tooth surfaces, including the location of the contact pattern, the orientation of the contact path, the dimension of the contact ellipse and the derivative of the transmission ratio. The method proposed in this paper is more effective than the traditional method.
