视觉电生理联合应用对眼外伤视觉功能的评价

摘    要:联合使用视觉电生理检查法评估外伤眼的视功能。方法单纯眼外伤30例按受伤程度分3组,健康对侧眼为对照组,比较各组VEPP100波潜伏值,30Hz红闪炮光ERG的振幅和暗适应ERGa、b波振幅的平均值。结论联合应用视觉电生理检测法是评价眼外伤视功能的可靠依据。

Abstract:Several electrophysiologjc methods were used to assess the visual function of traumatic eyes.Methods 30 eyes(30 cases) with traumatic history were divided into 3 groups according to their injury degree and their fellow eyes worked as control group. 30Hz red flicker-ERG,P-VEP or F-VEP and scotopic ERG were recorded respectively. The P100 latency of VEP, amplitudes of 30Hz red flicker-ERG and scotopic ERG a.b-wave were analysed.Their mean value in different groups were interval compared. Results No significant differences were found between mild and control groups. The amplitudes of 30Hz red flicker-ERG reduced evidently and the latency times of VEP delayed in moderate and serious groups.The amplitudes of a.b-wave were significant lower in serious group. Conclusion Apply of 30Hz-ERG, scotopic ERG and VEP can provide the functive information about visual system after eye injury.
