| 摘 要： | 传统中医药对桑白皮叶子的广泛使用有着悠久的历史。桑叶提取物具有显著的药理作用,包括降血糖、降血脂、抗动脉粥样硬化、抗氧化、抗炎、延缓衰老、抗肿瘤和免疫调节等作用,但是,目前对桑叶提取物中具体成分的有效作用还不完全清楚,同时,这些有效成分的细胞和分子作用机制仍然需要进一步研究。该研究总结了桑叶的主要药用价值和药理作用,以期为桑叶的合理开发利用提供理论依据。

Advances in study on pharmacological effects of Mulberry leaves |

| Abstract: | The leaves of the white mulberry tree are used widely as traditional medicine,which has a long history in China.The hypoglycemic,hypolipemic,antiatherosclerosis,antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,anti-ageing,antitumor and immunoregulatory activities of mulberry leaf extract have been reported.However,it is not illuminated clearly which ingredients have these functions.Meanwhile,the cellular and molecular mechanisms about their contribution of the components are ill defined.The objective of this review was to summarize the medicinal values and pharmacological properties of mulberry leaves,which provided basis for the rational development and utilization ofmulberry leaves as drug. |
